Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the UK.

How long does delivery take?

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days(This includes 1–2 business days for processing and 3–5 business days for delivery after dispatch.)

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the UK We’re focused on delivering a high-quality local experience if we expand shipping zones, you’ll be the first to know!

What is your return policy?

You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping. To start a return, just email us at support@vallmere.com

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear.

Can I exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange an item, begin by contacting our customer support team. Our team will guide you through the exchange process. In some cases, we may advise you to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct product. This ensures fast processing and accurate stock handling.

First, check your tracking link. If it’s been more than 7 business days and your parcel hasn’t arrived, email us at support@vallmere.com and we’ll investigate right away.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
