At Valmere, we take pride in ensuring that every order is handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. All orders are prepared, packed, and dispatched from our fulfillment location with precision and respect for our customers’ expectations.
Shipping Regions
We currently deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing and Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.
No additional handling or packaging fees will be charged.
Expedited shipping options may be offered during checkout when available.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a direct link to our Track & Trace page.
This allows you to follow your parcel’s journey from dispatch to delivery.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Failed Deliveries and Returns to Sender
If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact our team within 48 hours of receipt at support@valmere.co.uk with your order number and photographs (if applicable).
We will investigate the issue promptly and offer a suitable resolution — including replacement or refund where appropriate.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
