2. Contract of Sale

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase the selected item(s) under these Terms & Conditions.

An order confirmation will be sent to you by email once your order is successfully submitted. The contract of sale is formed only when we dispatch your goods and send a shipping confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if an item is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or if payment cannot be processed.


3. Products and Availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.

We make every effort to ensure accurate descriptions and pricing; however, minor variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur due to screen or material differences. Such variations do not constitute a defect.


4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable UK taxes.

Payment must be made in full at the time of order via our secure checkout system. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods indicated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect confirmed orders.


5. Delivery Terms

We currently deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To initiate a return, please contact support@valmere.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original packaging, with all tags intact

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

7. Warranty and Defective Goods

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including any return postage costs, in accordance with your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valmere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
