Return & Refund Policy

At Valmere, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful to our clients.


Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with UK and EU consumer protection regulations, customers are entitled to a 30-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery.

During this time, you may return your order for any reason, provided the item(s) meet the conditions outlined below.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item(s) must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition, with all labels, tags, and packaging intact

  • Returned within 30 days of receipt

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards or e-gift vouchers

  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@valmere.co.uk — we will arrange a replacement or refund, including return costs.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer care team at support@valmere.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for return.

  3. You will receive a Return Authorisation and step-by-step instructions for sending your parcel back.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery of your return. Valmere cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days of acceptance.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.


Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are issued only for the returned items; shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of return postage remains your responsibility.

  • Refunds will not be granted for items that fail to meet our return conditions.


Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


Processing Times

  • Return authorisation: within 24 hours of your request

  • Refund processing: within 1–3 business days after return inspection

  • Maximum refund period (legal): within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s)
